Order Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details, including shipping address, are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Packages delivered to the address provided

Orders returned due to address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship the package.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Delayed deliveries

Packages marked as delivered

Due to the handmade and embellished nature of our products (including glass stones, resin, and dimensional elements), minor variations are not considered defects.
