Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. If any delay occurs beyond the stated timeframe, you will receive an email notification with an updated shipping estimate.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
We are not responsible for:
Lost or stolen packages
Packages marked as delivered
Damage occurring during transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking number.
All Sales Final
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
